I took this photo of GFP expression when I was testing Tucsen TCC-ICE3.3-N microscope camera. I thought about comparing it with Tucsen. I could not figure out why the color is black andwhite. A graduate student came in to show me how to use pseudo color to “color” the picture green. A few days later, I stoped by the lab and discovered that I was using Zeiss MRm camera (I figured that the “m” must stand for monochrom).
